I love my family, and can always be found either hanging with them, or as Dyl puts it "getting a bit of retail therapy in".
I love my job and cannot wait to tell your story.
Hey, I'm Eli, the video man at Calla Lily.
I first jumped on a few weddings with the boys in 2022 to help out while that spicy-cough was going around. I instantly fell in love with this line of work
Despite being in the industry for a few years now, I still feel like the new kid on the block. Every story, every couple and every day is different. And I absolutely LOVE communicating that through my imagery.

What makes Lisa and Joel special?
Such a special day. At this point in my time with Calla Lily has been very new. With only a few weddings under the belt I’ve already fell so hard for this type of work. What makes this day so special was the emotions, the family and the location.
Everything came together so well. The experience of the day was a culmination of every life experience these two people have had over years of their lifetime. And I have had the wholehearted pleasure of capturing their day.
This film is what led me to want to do this type of work for a living. And I’m so proud I could be apart of it.
SANDY + NICK
A perfect example of a timeless love.
Weddings aren’t just a ceremony where two people are united in marriage. They are every single life experience, hardship and triumph that has led them to where they are now.
I had been shooting weddings but only this opened me up to a new philosophy. That weddings are so much more than I thought they were.
Sandy and Nick had the ideal day, surrounded by so much love and joy. Celebrating where they are now, and acknowledging those who aren’t here today but in spirit. The ceremony and party was had on the highest point of the world, with the sun shedding its final rays as it heads into dawn. Nothing but love and admiration was present on this glorious day.
And after this moment, we had only realised that this work is more than just capturing. It’s about experiencing too.
DANI + JOHAN
This day felt like home.
So many different things can remind you of a certain time or moment in life. When I had the chance to capture Dani and Johans day it felt exactly like home. It felt like every comfort you had as a child, watching cartoons in the morning and running out in the backyard in the afternoon.
The location, the scent, the people and the love was all intentional. Everything had a place to play in their story, with all of it’s high’s to it’s struggles with the crisis of the worldwide pandemic. Their courage pulled through, and it was so visually apparent. We were so proud to be apart of this.
And that’s the wonderful fact about a wedding day. It’s the people, because everyone is so different. They all have their own stories to tell, and their day is everything about that all in one place.
