Thank you so much for thinking of Calla Lily Collective and putting us forward for your couple’s wedding in France on 18 July 2026. It genuinely means a lot that you’d trust us with something as personal and meaningful as their day.

I’ve put together a custom proposal based on what you shared. Nothing is locked in; it’s a starting point that we can refine together to suit the flow of the day, the logistics, and what matters most to them. Whether they’re planning something relaxed and intimate or a big, late-night celebration, we want the coverage to feel like them from beginning to end.

The way we work is quite simple. We show up, we listen, and we pay attention. We’re there for the big, obvious moments, of course, but also the quieter in-between ones. The hand squeezes, the nerves just before walking in, the way their guests settle into the space. Those are the bits that often mean the most when they’re looking back through their photos and films later.

If there’s anything in the proposal that doesn’t quite fit, or if it would be helpful to talk through what they actually need versus what they might feel they’re “meant” to book, I’m more than happy to jump on a quick call with you. I’m very used to collaborating with planners, so I’m keen to make this feel seamless on your side as well.
